Q: How do I make a booking for my Henna Sessions?

Q: How many days before should I choose my preferred henna session?
A: It is best recommended to have your Henna Appointments done as follows:     
- 3 to 2 days before your event date: Any time slot
- 1 day before your event date: 10 am & 2 pm slot only​

Q: I have booked for my bridal henna but I would like to book for a henna party of 4 pax (example). Do I need to make another booking for my henna party?

A: If you have booked for the bridal henna session, You do not need to book for the henna party package on the website. You may state the no. of pax on the message section upon booking your bridal henna session if it falls on the same date and time.Rates for the henna party is applied when you are booking for the henna party only or the date and time of the henna party and the bridal henna session is different.​

Q: I am unable to proceed with the Henna Session. Can the deposit be refunded or transferred?
A: Unfortunately, deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable.​

Q: I need to change the date for my henna session. Can I do so and will there be any charges incurred?
A: Yes you are able to change your date ONCE after booking. Changing the booking date the second time, the deposit will be automatically forfeited and a rebooking for a new session is required.*Covid-19 affected brides are able to change their dates TWICE after booking. Any changes after will be considered as a new booking.

Appointments

Q: When your prefered Henna Artist is not able to make it. What will happen?
A: In a situation where your prefered Henna Artist is unable to attend to the appointment, We will ensure that a next best replacement will be sought for.

Q: Do you do Instant Henna/Red Henna/White Henna?
A: We only Cater to our own Home-made Natural Henna and our Hengua (50% Concentration). We also Cater to Jagua Gel designs which is best for Body Art Designs.

Q: I have sensitive skin. Can I still apply henna?
A: Please inform us in advance that you have a sensitive skin. It is best to carry out a stain test to avoid any allergy reaction.

Q: Do you provide Henna Wrapping?
A: Yes we do have! However, we do not recommend wrapping your henna if you are not shifting from one place to another as it will smudge the henna if it is not fully dried. It is best to spray our Henna Sealant on the dried henna instead. If Henna Wrapping is still required, an additional charge of $30.00 is required.

Q: How do I get my henna done but not miss my prayers? (Muslim Clients)
A: For 10am session you can perform your Zuhr prayers right before Asar. 2pm session, you can perform Asar before Maghrib and for 7pm session, you can perform your Magrhib first then perform Isya' before subuh.

​Q: How long is the process for BOTH HANDS AND FEET?
A: Wrist length: 2 to 2.5 hours | Above Wrist: 2.5 to 3 hours | Mid Arm: 3 to 4 hours | Arm: 5 to 6 hours | Elbow: 6 to 7 hours

Terms & Conditions

  • Online Booking is for Bridal Henna and Henna Party Appointments only. For Henna Courses, Events and Vendors bookings, kindly contact us for more enquiries.
  • All appointments are based in Singapore only.
  • It is best recommended to have your Henna Appointments done as follows:

3 to 2 days before your event date: Any time slot

1 day before your event date: 10 am & 2 pm slot only

  • Your booking will only be confirmed once the booking deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and deposits are non-transferable to other persons or other services and products.
  • The deposit required is only $50.00. The balance of payment will only be made when your respective Henna artist has arrived at the venue to avoid any misunderstanding and miscommunication.
  • Please ensure all information given are correct. Any discrepancies in the details will be automatically cancelled.
  • Upon the arrival of your respective Henna Artist, you will be given 15 minutes grace period of waiting time. After 15 minutes onwards, waiting charges will be incurred at $2/minute. Waiting charges applies the same when a respective henna artist will be required to wait for more than 10 minutes during the session.
  • NATURAL HENNA

    Orange stain upon removal,

    requires 24 - 48 hours of oxidation (darkening process) outcome stain will be reddish-brown

    Keep the paste on for at least 8-10 hours for optimal stain results

  • NATURAL HENGUA (50%)

    orange-brownish stain upon removal, requires 24 - 36 hours of oxidation (darkening process) outcome stain will be brownish-black

    Keep the paste on for at least 6-8 hours for optimal stain results

  • NATURAL JAGUA GEL

    Faint shade of blue ( close to no visible stain) upon removal, Requires 24 - 48 hours of oxidation (darkening process) outcome stain will be dark blue

    ​Keep the paste on for at least 2-4 hours for optimal stain results

  • AFTER-CARE
