Q: How do I make a booking for my Henna Sessions?

Q: How many days before should I choose my preferred henna session?
A: It is best recommended to have your Henna Appointments done as follows:
- 3 to 2 days before your event date: Any time slot
- 1 day before your event date: 10 am & 2 pm slot only
Q: I have booked for my bridal henna but I would like to book for a henna party of 4 pax (example). Do I need to make another booking for my henna party?
A: If you have booked for the bridal henna session, You do not need to book for the henna party package on the website. You may state the no. of pax on the message section upon booking your bridal henna session if it falls on the same date and time.
Rates for the henna party is applied when you are booking for the henna party only or the date and time of the henna party and the bridal henna session is different.
Q: I am unable to proceed with the Henna Session. Can the deposit be refunded or transferred?
A: Unfortunately, deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q: I need to change the date for my henna session. Can I do so and will there be any charges incurred?
A: Yes you are able to change your date ONCE after booking. Changing the booking date the second time, the deposit will be automatically forfeited and a rebooking for a new session is required.
*Covid-19 affected brides are able to change their dates TWICE after booking. Any changes after will be considered as a new booking.
Q: When your prefered Henna Artist is not able to make it. What will happen?
A: In a situation where your prefered Henna Artist is unable to attend to the appointment, We will ensure that a next best replacement will be sought for.
Q: Do you do Instant Henna/Red Henna/White Henna?
A: We only Cater to our own Home-made Natural Henna and our Hengua (50% Concentration). We also Cater to Jagua Gel designs which is best for Body Art Designs.
Q: I have sensitive skin. Can I still apply henna?
A: Please inform us in advance that you have a sensitive skin. It is best to carry out a stain test to avoid any allergy reaction.
Q: Do you provide Henna Wrapping?
A: Yes we do have! However, we do not recommend wrapping your henna if you are not shifting from one place to another as it will smudge the henna if it is not fully dried. It is best to spray our Henna Sealant on the dried henna instead. If Henna Wrapping is still required, an additional charge of $30.00 is required.
Q: How do I get my henna done but not miss my prayers? (Muslim Clients)
A: For 10am session you can perform your Zuhr prayers right before Asar. 2pm session, you can perform Asar before Maghrib and for 7pm session, you can perform your Magrhib first then perform Isya' before subuh.
Q: How long is the process for BOTH HANDS AND FEET?
A: Wrist length: 2 to 2.5 hours | Above Wrist: 2.5 to 3 hours | Mid Arm: 3 to 4 hours | Arm: 5 to 6 hours | Elbow: 6 to 7 hours
Q: How long do I let the Henna/Hengua paste stay on my skin?
A: It is best recommended for brides to let the Henna/Hengua paste stay on for a minimum of 6 hours or more. The longer the better! For henna party, you can leave it on for a minimum of 2-3 hours to scrape it off.
Q: How do I make the Henna/Hengua last longer?
A: Once the henna is fully dried, spray Khair Henna's Sealant every 2-3 hours. After 6 hours, apply 3-5 drops Khair Henna's After-care Oil on the henna paste to scrub off the dried henna paste. AVOID WATER for at least 6-12 hours.
Q: Can I use Heat Induced Oil (e.g AXE oil/minyak kapak) before/after i remove my henna?
A: It is highly advisable to avoid any type of heat induced oil as these type of oils will result in drier and cracked skin. It does enhance your stain darker but it also removes your stain at a faster rate as your skin will will exfoliate faster due to the heat.
Q: How long can my stain last?
A: Henna stain can last 7 to 10 days and Hengua stains can last 10 to 14 days with proper after care procedure.

Orders will need to be processed at least 1 day before the delivery date.
Delivery & Self Collection will often fall on every Tuesdays or Saturdays.
There is no delivery services on Sundays, Eve of Public Holiday & Public Holiday.
For collections, Kindly inform us on whatsapp (+6590737296) 2-3 days before the date of collection.
All items will be dellivered fresh on the same day as when we give the parcel to our despatch.
Items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We currently offer islandwide delivery within Singapore only. *Exclude CBD area & military zones.
Q: How long will the delivery take?
A: We have 2 delivery options. Standard Delivery - 3 - 5 working days ($10) & *Same day/Next Day Delivery ($12) .
*Same Day delivery order will need to be place before 9am and approved for despatch availability.
For Bulk Orders, it will require 1-3 working days for the orders to be fulfilled before sending out for delivery.
Q: Can we specify our delivery date & time?
A: You may leave your request under "Add notes" section upon checkout. We will do our best to cater to your desired date/time of the delivery. However we cannot guarantee to adhere to the request if situation does not allow us to do so.
Q: I forgot to input my complete delivery address. What do I do?
A: You may contact us directly via Whatsapp (Click Here) to update us on the new address after checkout. Refrain from informing last minute as to avoid the parcel to be delivered to the wrong address.
